An upset stomach can be soothed with a mixture of one tablespoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of black pepper. Mix both into a glass filled with warm water and slowly drink it. An upset stomach may also be relieved by drinking hot honey lemon ginger tea.
If someone in your household suffers from asthma, keeping this mixture around is a good idea. In a cup of boiling water, mix together two clove buds, 10 grains of pepper and 15 basil leaves and let is simmer for about 15 minutes.
Strain and pour into a glass jar and add two tablespoons of organic honey; let cool. This mixture will last for two weeks in your refrigerator and can be used as an all-natural asthma remedy. You can also drink it with a little bit of milk.
A mixture of ½ teaspoon each of clove oil and ground pepper will make a paste that can be applied to a sore tooth. The clove oil especially helps reduce the pain a sore or infected tooth can cause.
Lemon juice soaked on a cotton ball can help stop a nosebleed. Simply place the cotton ball in the affected nostril, tilt your head back and wait for the bleeding to stop.

Thinly slice 2 lemons and 1 orange and add them to a bowl. Peel and grind up 2 inches of ginger root, add 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric and 1 cup of raw organic honey to your bowl and mix and store it in a jar.
Whenever you’re not feeling well, take a heaping tablespoon of this home made tea mixture and add it into a cup of hot water to relieve all your cold and flu symptoms! This will make up to 30 servings.
6.) Stuffy Nose
To create a mixture that will help you sneeze, mix equal parts of cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom seeds and cumin into a mortar and pestle. Grind the mixture up and then smell it. The sneeze that follows will help clear your nose!
7.) Sore Throat
Combine the juice from three fresh lemons with one teaspoon each of black pepper and sea salt. Add one tablespoon of honey and fill the rest of the way with warm water. To use as a sore throat relief, gargle the mixture a couple of times a day. This combination helps to prevent coughing.
8.) Weight Loss
Mix together the following: two tablespoons of lemon juice, ½ teaspoon of black pepper and one tablespoon of honey. Mix with warm water and drink early in the morning before eating.

9.) Canker Sores
Himalayan salt is a natural remedy for canker sores, as it allows the mucous membranes that are in your mouth to eliminate any bad bacteria. Mix one tablespoon of the salt into one cup of warm water and swish the mixture in your mouth after you eat.
10.) Migraine Headaches
A mixture of Lemon and Himalayan salt can stop a migraine in its tracks. At the first sign of a headache, combine the juice and zest of one lemon and two teaspoons of Himalayan crystal salt in a glass of water that is at room temperature.
