2.) Russian Twist

Get in a seated position with your legs bent and have your feet flat on the floor. Contract your ab muscles and lean back a bit, keeping your back strait as you do so.

Then twist your torso side-to-side at a moderate pace. Your arms should be away from your body and slightly outstretched. Do 10 reps and complete 10 sets.

3.) Bicycle Crunch

Lie on a flat surface and elevate your legs until they are at a 90-degree angle.

Then bring your left knee towards your chest and, at the same time, twist your torso upwards and to the side a bit so your right elbow reach over to meet your left knee.

The other leg should be stretched strait out and parallel to the floor as you do this.

Then, do the same thing with the right knee and your left elbow, remembering to stretch your left leg out strait and above the floor as you do so.

You should feel the sides of your waist burn as you do this exercise.
