1.) Munch on Some Fruits & Veggies
It may sound counterproductive, but for a brighter, whiter smile, rub tomatoes or strawberries on your teeth and let the juice (which naturally softens the build-up of plaque and tartar) remain there for about five minutes.
Then rinse with baking soda dissolved in warm water.
