    • Yes Dotti, I agree 100% and it does greatly improve your allergies buying it at a local farmer’s market plus your supporting your community 🙂

      However, if you can’t find a local farmer’s market or simply don’t have time, the next best thing would be to buy an unfiltered raw honey from a trusted USDA organic source so you can still get all the pollen and medicinal properties.
