Tender Breasts during mestrual cycle |

Anyone know why we have tender breasts during our period? Some mornings (after sleeping wrong) I wake up feeling like someone used mine as a punching bag.
What can I do to stop the tenderness? What causes it? |

I am not sure what causes it, but it is a very comon symptom. It is something that I suffer with during my cycle and have always accepted it as part of my life. |

I accept it too- but it's just not comfortable. My daughter was asking me why they are like that- She has not started her period yet- she is 11- I really wanted to know why it happens.
Thanks for your reply. |

Breast tenderness can be due to hormonal cycles in conjunction with your menstrual cycle, water retention, and other factors. Some people never have this issue and others have it bad. |
