Heat Rash |
|
|
As the humidity has spiked I remember why I hate the summer. I tend to develop a heat rash on my thighs and it really makes dealing with the heat even worse. Any way to get around it developing or going away faster? |

I used to have this playing sports. Talkem powder, or biker shorts work well. Make sure to wear loose cloths while you sleep to let air get to your legs. |

I suggest rubbing on a skin cream or, as the above poster said, talkem powder. Both should help ease the uncomfortableness of the rash. |

Unfortunately if it's a real heat rash, rather than from friction, nothing will help much. If it is from sweating and friction then these things above should help. |

This may sound a bit off but baby diaper ointment or cream to help it. Otherwise I do not see why Hydro-cortisone cream would not work. |

I use nappy cream, it really cools the affected area and stops the itching. |
