I find myself eating the same thing week after week once I find a decent recipe that meets my requirements. How do you manage to not get bored and eat the same thing all the time without ruining your diet? |

I always check for new healthy recipes when I am in need of something new. I really enjoy sparkrecipes.com. There are a lot of healthy recipes there. |

It is possible to keep the same stock of healthy foods and just find new recipes for them. Buy a good cookbook and use it to search for things you might like to try by main ingredient. |

You could also take a few ingredients you want to use and plug them into Google to see what you come up with. I have tried this before and come out with some really good recipes! |

I think the key is to not actually have a diet - just eat smart and healthy and there is no way you can get bored. |

I have not gotten burned out or anything from the foods I eat, but my other half keeps telling me that if I eat anymore cheese I am going to turn into a cheese ball. |
