Do garlic tablets really help lower cholesterol? |
|
|
Is it true? I'm on a diet to lower my cholesterol, but I'm also taking garlic. Now, if my tests come back OK I'm going to wonder if it's the garlic that did it! |

Garlic has been used by people to help so many health problems over the years, that I think there has to be some truth in all the stories about how good it is for you.
Since there are no health setbacks from using it, there is no reason not take the tablets.
Have you given up using the garlic as fresh in foods? That might be an even better way to use it. |

Yes, garlic can help with this as can many other things. You need to be very careful about your diet and increase your exercise as well. |
