Good Multi-Vitamin ? 

I'm just wondering what's the best multi-vitamin for men?

I buy from GNC but I am really re-thinking it...it's so expensive!

I want a multi-vitamin that will help my immune system, give me all my daily vitamins, and of course help my body recover from exercising and lifting daily..

I used to use GNC Mega Men but it's like $20 a bottle of 90 capsules now (serving size is 2 capsules)...

I purchased their Solotron without iron dietary supplement vitamins today for $10 - 90 capsules 1 is the serving size...

It doesn't have iron though, not sure if it's necessary..

I just want something that will meet what I need.
Any suggestions?

My boyfriend has tried other multi-vitamins but the one that works for him is centrum

I've heard that it doesn't make that much difference between brands, so I buy mine at costco.
