Hi, I am new! 

I just thought it would be a good idea to say a big "hello" to everybody here before I do anything else.

I am totally new to this site, and I am happy I joined. From the little I have seen of it, I feel that this is the site for all health-conscious people.

I look forward to meeting many people, making many friends, and learning many new things here.
