Pre Authorization 

Has anyone else went through the fun (sarcasm) of doing this for anything medical related? I just spent the last two weeks dealing with myself the doctors office and the insurance company and its truly a pain.

Yes, it is! My son was off his heart medication for almost three months because of this. Between the doctor's office and the pharmacy playing pass the prior auth. Now when I need one, I call the insurance company and the doctor's office myself daily until all the proper paperwork is done.
