Getting Kids to Eat Right

It seems my kids never want to eat their vegtables or meat. Any good ideas out their.

When I was raising my sons, I simply didn't provide options that presented food as a form of entertainment.

Hungry kids tend to eat what is in front of them. The fewer the options are, the more likely they will eat better meals.

So long as they are willing to eat a couple bites they will have tried anything new and consumed enough to provide a minimum amount of calories for energy. I'm not sure what your kids are actually eating but forcing them to clean their plate could be disastrous.

Feed them right from the very beginning and make sure you always feed them right at home. All my kids generally eat healthy. Feeding them lots of junk just because it's easier will lead to problems.

I am of the opinion that if my kids atleast try something they can then tell me they dont like it, and it workd. The only thing my litle girl does not like is mushrooms!!!

I don't provide my daughter with any other option than to eat her food. Sometimes I may bribe her with a desert, but always she has to eat her vegetables. We discussed our battle of veggies at her last doctor's appointment and her doctor told her she has to eat them all. That has helped tremendously!

I don't know what sort of meat your kids don't like to eat, but tofu can be used with many dishes because it picks up the flavor of the seasoning really well!

You can hide veggies in loads of things pasta sauces, pizzas, soups anything is possible, you should also lead by example so if you eat right then your kids will to.

When I make dinner, I try to have a couple of different vegetables on the table. I insist that my kids eat at least one vegetable with their meals. Most of the time, they do just that.
