I was reading an article that the internet is growing very fast and is at 1.6 billion users now. Is the internet going to be able to handle all this use in the future. |

As long as people want it, I am sure that the Internet will be able to support all the users that will want to use it.
Many brilliant people are working on answering any problems that might come up. I am so sure that the Internet will be there for all of us because there is a lot of money to be made online and too many people want that money, for the Internet to ever shut down. |

I think it will be able to support the growth. Technology is changing all the time. |

Fortunately all of us are not online at the time. Our time zones are wonderful at load balancing as when one shift is asleep, or should be, the other shift is up and about. |

Technology will find a way. Do you know that your desktop computer is more powerful than the first computer that was being invented and occupied the space of a big room? If that could happen, the net will be able to take in a lot more users than the 1.6 billion figure that you mentioned. |
