There is genetic research underway that may allow doctors to determine how their patient will react to certain medications.

Do you think this will make medical costs rise?

It seems like any new advances in medicine make costs rise, so I am sure this will be no exception, especially if they only make this technology available to people that can 'afford' the meds.
