Fungus Foot

Even though I played a lot of sports and used a lot of different shower facilities I never had a problem with athlete's foot or jock itch until I went to college and lived in the dorms. I suffered for awhile until I learned how to get rid of it and keep it away. Micatin helped and I followed there advertising advice by regularly stepping up to the mike (or sitting on the mike). The real cure though was to make sure my feet and other at risk places on my body had a chance to thoroughly dry every day and stay dry most of the day. Never had a problem since.

I wish I could find something natural to help with this problem. All the anti-fungal medications give me upset stomach.
