I love teh new sizes of glucose meters, but do tehcases reallyahve to be black?
and what ever happeded to tke ability to carry a syringe and vial or pre loaded syringe?
I love thge ripsto, padding etc, but i mean they are boring black. I ahve a good mind to take one apart and make it from funky fabric.....
Id like one from neoprene like a wet suit....
theya re finally coming out with meter skins.. i ahve a puppy on mine.. but the cases shoudl be just as available in color seperately!

Most people don't want to advertise that they are checking their blood sugars around other people, so the cases are black to avoid getting other people's attention. I think most people don't care that much about their meter's looks. Most just want it to do the job.
If you love looking at your meter and want it to be the center of attention, I'm sure there are cases the right size around that are lively and loud.
Or do make one for yourself. It's easy enough to do. |
