Blood pressure testing kit

How good or accurate are these consumer blood pressure testing kits on the market. I'd like to get one for my mom so we can keep closer tabs on how her medications are working.

My mother uses one. Her doctor told her they were all pretty much the same, so long as she didn't buy a cheap one of ebay or something. If it's just a supplement to health care, not a replacement, she should be able to use any of the brands in the store.

I have one at home and use it all the time. It is very close to what I get when I visit the Dr. You just need to follow the directions to get an accurate reading and make sure everything is done right.

I use one and the reading is usually the same as what the doctor gets. The good thing about the machine is that when I get a headache or something I can find out if it my blood pressure or not. If things are bad it gives me a chance to call my doctor.

The machines are well worth every cent.

We have one too. It`s pretty accurate. But yes you do have to follow the directions on it.

I have also considered buying a machine to watch my blood pressure. So I would like to thank you for the tips too.
