I stand by Cold FX. I know many that do not - but I am one of the people that do. Each time I feel a cold coming on I faithfully reach for this product, which is stocked, especially in the winter in my medicine cabinet. I feel that it gives me more energy, that the cold seems to remove from my body, and that boost I need to get through it! I do believe, however, that you need to be pretty healthy to expect it to work!
