Amoxicillin is an antibiotic in the penicillin group of drugs. It fights bacteria in your body. Besides ear infections, it is also used to fight bladder infections, pneumonia, gonorrhea, and E. coli or salmonella infection. I know that some people can be allergic to Amoxicillin so consultation with a doctor is a must.

I have used this drug numerous times, and my various cuts have never shown evidence of an infection and have healed quickly.

Infection after wisdom teeth got pulled

Not sure what to say. Used this to prevent infection after wisdom teeth got pulled. I think it worked well. It had no side effects for me.

It works. It does not have the 3 page side effect warnings like some other antibiotics.

My kids have been prescribed this on several occasions and I have yet to not have it work as it was intended.

Took liquid form this time...and it even tastes okay. The no hassle drug.
